How it works
Everything happens online and by email. No phone calls, no office visits.
- Get the free checklist. Download our free parole packet checklist to see what to start gathering.
- Start your packet online. Tell us a little about your loved one, which state they're in, and when their review is coming up.
- Gather the pieces. Use our templates and guides for support letters, a home plan, and a job plan, then send us what you collect.
- We organize and review. Depending on your package, we put your documents into a clean packet and check it for completeness, all by email.
- You send it. You download the finished packet, with plain instructions on where it goes in your state and how early to send it.
What goes in a packet
- Support letters: tips on what makes a letter meaningful, with each one clearly labeled.
- Home plan: where your loved one will live, who they'll live with, and how that household will support them.
- Job plan: job offers, work history, training, and other ways they'll support themselves.
- Accomplishments: certificates, classes, and work, gathered in one place.
- A finished packet with a cover page and table of contents, plus plain instructions on where and when to send it in your state.
What we don't do
We are not your loved one's legal representative, we do not appear before or speak to any parole board, we do not submit anything for you, and we cannot promise or predict any outcome. Families send their own packets.
